These Terms and Conditions govern your use of all platforms operated by Horfay Taqnia Private Limited, including HelpRush and PhytoForm AI. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Horfay Taqnia platform — including HelpRush and PhytoForm AI — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including customers, service partners, and registered account holders.

2. Services Description

Horfay Taqnia operates two primary platforms: HelpRush: A hyperlocal service marketplace connecting customers with verified skilled professionals in Kashmir and surrounding regions. We provide the infrastructure, verification, and matching systems; the service relationship is between customers and independent service partners. PhytoForm AI: An AI-powered platform for phytogenic feed additive companies providing formulation assistance, regulatory intelligence, and document generation. Information provided is for guidance purposes and does not constitute regulatory or legal advice. Ventor AI: An AI-powered export sales intelligence platform that helps businesses discover potential B2B buyers, score leads using data signals, and automate outreach. The platform provides analytical insights and automation tools but does not guarantee business outcomes or commercial agreements.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. HelpRush — Customer Terms

By booking a service through HelpRush, you agree to provide accurate location and contact information; be present or available at the agreed time; pay the agreed service fee; and provide honest reviews and ratings. We are not responsible for the quality of work performed by independent service partners, though we maintain a dispute resolution process.

5. HelpRush — Service Partner Terms

Service partners must maintain accurate profile information and verified credentials; complete jobs as agreed; maintain professional conduct; and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to remove service partners who receive consistent negative feedback or violate our conduct standards. Service partners are independent contractors, not employees of Horfay Taqnia.

6. PhytoForm AI — Regulatory Disclaimer

PhytoForm AI provides regulatory intelligence and formulation guidance based on publicly available regulatory frameworks. This information is provided for reference purposes only and does not constitute legal, regulatory, or scientific advice. Regulatory requirements change frequently and may vary by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for verifying compliance with applicable regulations before making any regulatory submissions.

7. AI Systems Disclaimer

Our platforms may use artificial intelligence and automated systems to generate recommendations, insights, or documents. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information. Users should independently verify critical decisions before relying on any automated outputs.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our platforms, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI-generated outputs, is the property of Horfay Taqnia or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Horfay Taqnia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Horfay Taqnia, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, by sending an email notification. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
